1. General Information
Bespoke Landscape Supplies is based in Cambuslang, South Lanarkshire, supplying landscaping materials to domestic and trade customers across Central Scotland.
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always appear on this page.
2. Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed online, by phone, or in person at our showroom.
Full payment is required before goods are released or delivered.
We accept credit/debit card and bank transfer.
We may cancel orders where products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or fraud is suspected.
3. Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.
As many of our products are natural materials, variations in colour, tone, and texture are expected and not considered defects.
It is the customerβs responsibility to check quantities and suitability before ordering.
We do not hold full stock of our entire range on site.
In some cases, products may be delivered directly from our manufacturers or suppliers to the customer. Delivery times for these products may vary and will be confirmed upon order.
4. Delivery
We deliver across Cambuslang, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, and Central Scotland.
Delivery dates are estimates and we cannot accept liability for delays beyond our control.
The customer must provide safe and suitable access for delivery vehicles.
Failed deliveries due to access issues or absence may incur re-delivery charges.
Risk of goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. Click & Collect
Customers may collect orders from our Cambuslang site during designated collection hours.
You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Proof of purchase is required at collection.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery or collection, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns must be arranged in advance and approved by our team.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Bespoke, cut-to-order, or clearance items are non-returnable.
Refunds are processed after inspection of returned goods.
Faulty or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for replacement or refund.
7. Liability
We are not liable for consequential loss, delays, or costs arising from the use, delivery, or installation of our products.
All products should be checked prior to installation. We cannot accept responsibility for any issues once goods have been laid or used.
Customers are responsible for ensuring correct installation methods are followed.
